Terms of
Use for our ServicesDesign Host Center offers services for web space and domain, limited to web sites that do not:
1. Break or infringe on copy rights (sites that are proven with legal documents handed to HDC will be immediately terminated).
2. Selling or offering massive amount of download files (sites that are infringing on the copy right laws will be terminated)
3. Web sites may not be used for storing download files, storing files that produce massive amount of daily bandwidth. We also reserve the rights to decline
and terminate services for sites that are used for purpose of solicitation (massive amount of spam emails).
4. HDC reserve the right to decline or terminate sites that sell or offer pornographic web sites.
Web sites being used with care and good cause or purpose are welcomed here at HDC as long as they do not violate our terms of use.
Terms of Hosting Services
Clients and customers need to be aware of the difference between hosting support verses web design support. HDC offers hosting and server support absolutely
free to all customers and clients. For web design related support (asking us to install or fix scripts or fix web design problems) HDC reserves the right
to decline support or provide support on an hourly fee.
Accounts are only created at the time of payment is received and paid. Clients have the right to cancel services within 30 days of purchase or order with refund. A 20% refund may be applied in certain cases.
Cancellation of services should be notified date of cancellation.
Terms of Domain Services
Domains are sold as is, please check for spelling errors when applying and purchasing domains. Refunds are not available for domain purchases.
Domains purchased through DHC are offered free services and customer support including maintaining and management of domains. This offer is for all of our hosting and reseller plans.
DHC do not offer support for domains purchased through other registrants. Customers will be responsible for contacting their registrant for support and
management. DHC can or may offer services or management for non hosted domains through our company on an hourly fee.
Terms of Use for Customer Support and Services
DHD offers free support for server, cPanel, and hosting related issues only. Services are limited to:
1. We may require service fees for setting up domain emails on your email client (Outlook, Outlook Express, or Incredimail) this is not considered part
of our hosting services.
2. We may require service fees for teaching and training of how to use your cPanel, however we do offer "FREE" flash tutorials and Knowledge base
for clients to learn how to use services within the cPanel.
3. We are not responsible for use and design of scripts used in Fantastico, use of scripts are responsibility of the client as a web designer. An hourly
fee can be applied and charged for service and management for scripts used on our hosting services web design related.
DHC reserves the right to suspend and terminate any web site that poses "hacking" issues due to files, scripts, or un management of web site causing threats to our server by hackers. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate web sites that display or infected with viruses or trojans. It is the responsibility of the client/customer to maintain all files and scripts used on their hosting space and keep scripts updated to the latest. We do reserve the right to suspend accounts that do not upgrade scripts and posing threat of virus, trojan, and hacking.
Customers are required to use our ticket support for request for support, help, and services.
Terms of Payment, Suspension, and Termination
All payments must be made through our billing system, failure to make payment on time can and will result to temporary suspension until payment is made.
Late payment can be subject to late payment fee charge.
Hosting services (hosting and resellers) unpaid after 7-14 days will be suspended immediately until full payment is made on the account. Late fee charge may be applied.
Hosting services (hosting and resellers) unpaid after 30 days will be terminated. In regards to resellers, if a reseller is due to termination, and shown to have clients on the account, clients will be notified of termination date to give them opportunity to access and grant backup files to transfer to a new hosting company.
Domain services unpaid immediately after the expiration date are discontinued. Domains can be renewed up to 30 days. After 30 days domains are no longer available for renewal or purchase for 160 days. DHC cannot be held responsible for loss of domain due to non payment on billing.
